Not allowing your resume or other personal Profiles to be searchable means that you can use it to apply for a job or training or purchasing opportunity online, but employers , training and other vendors will not have access to search it through our Profiles database product.

2.If you allow your Profiles to be searchable, then all parties with access to our searchable database (or copies thereof) will have access to your Profiles. Additionally , portions of your searchable Profiles (but not your contact information) may be made public.

We attempt to limit access to our searchable Profiles database (or copies thereof ) only to paying employers, recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals, as well as law enforcement and national security agencies, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this database. We are not responsible for the use made of Profiles by third parties who access such Profiles while they are in our searchable database. However, the portions of your searchable Profile (not your contact information) that are automatically made public in your HireWare .com LLC website profiles are accessible to anyone who uses the HireWare.com LLC Networking product. You may remove your Profiles from our searchable database, or delete your profile at any time.
