Our Customer is looking for a truly unique individual. A smart, calm, confident person to work in office providing phone support on our clients software. This person must be able to handle more technical responsibilities. This person should also have strong computer knowledge. Heavy phone support, technical and solid computer background a must. This is a tech support position but person must also have excellent Customer Service skills. The position comes with a health plan through BlueCross BlueShield, liberal vacation days and an excellent work environment. Hours are 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.
