Duties: Organizes, plans and implements catered events. Create packing lists, pack carts, set up and serve for events assigned by the Retail & Catering Manager. Follow all sanitation and safety regulations set by the NYS Dept. of Health. Serve as the back up for the Catering Manager, assists with food service in other areas as needed.
